Leadership Team
Mark McTigue is President and Founding Partner of AFM Capital Partners. He is responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm including sourcing new opportunities, developing investment thesis, and working closely with portfolio management teams to develop and execute strategic growth and operational improvement plans. Mark’s background includes 25 years of M&A experience advising companies and private equity sponsors across the deal life cycle including due diligence, post-close value creation, and add-on acquisition strategies. Mark has significant P&L experience across large and mid-market companies with a comprehensive background in strategy, operations, supply chain, sales, finance, and digital.
Andy has over 30 years’ experience in successfully starting, acquiring, building, leading, and exiting multiple businesses. He is the founder and owner of Andy Mohr Automotive Group, the largest automotive dealership group in the state of Indiana consisting of 11 automotive and one heavy duty truck dealership. Andy has taken the same principals of acquiring, improving operations and providing the right capital structure inside the auto industry to his private investment firm. Andy has and continues to serve on various not for profit boards including past trustee for Indiana University Bloomington and past capital campaign chairman of United Way of Central Indiana.
Brad has over 30 years of experience acquiring, leading, and exiting multiple businesses in public and private sectors. Currently, he is President of Andy Mohr Automotive Group, the largest automotive dealership group in the state of Indiana consisting of 11 automotive and one heavy-duty truck dealership.
He has and continues to serve on the board of directors on various for-profit and not-for-profit companies.
John is a Principal with AFM Capital Partners and member of the investment team. John’s primary responsibilities include identifying, executing, and closing control investments across North America. John has a breadth of M&A and operational experience including responsibility for execution and coordination of M&A activities at a Fortune 500 company.
Drew is a Senior Analyst with AFM Capital Partners. Drew’s primary responsibilities include preparing financial and analytical models, conducting industry and market research, developing investment theses, participating in due diligence, and supporting post-close portfolio monitoring.
Sam is a Senior Analyst with AFM Capital Partners. Sam’s primary responsibilities include preparing financial and analytical models, conducting industry and market research, developing investment theses, participating in due diligence, and supporting post-close portfolio monitoring.
